The craft would be designed and made with hard nylon material because it contains polar molecules that would interact with the dipole fields simulating antigravity.
Using the Negative and positive charges within the above mentioned Spheres could be used to navigate the hard nylon made craft to float on each Sphere like a boat on the ocean releasing protons and electrons by internal generators in the craft to the spheres opposite charges causing more altitude and radiometric force to continue ascending as it climbs to higher altitude where there is less gravity. It would be like turning all the spheres into an ocean full of dipole fields pushing the nylon made craft to space.

Purposes: Satellite deployments, supply carrier to ISS and other Defense purposes.
